Kuala Lumpur, October 22 – Dignity for Children Foundation (Dignity) is calling on Malaysians to come together to support medical and security frontliners in Sabah in the fight against Covid-19!
The non-governmental organisation (NGO) is looking to send 2,000 sets of Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) to Sabah. Dignity is collaborating with a Sabah-based organisation to distribute the PPEs to the frontliners.
Each set comprises two boot covers, 1 gown and 1 headgear. Each set costs RM25 including materials and logistics. To date, Dignity has received donations to produce 500 sets of PPE suits.
The suits are sewn by those from the B40 and migrant communities working at Dignity’s social enterprise arm, sew X.
