SolAR Plus is an augmented reality application that teaches you about our solar system in a fun novel way. The app brings the sun, Mercury, Venus, Mars, and other planets to your phone, providing a much simpler way to explore other worlds. No rockets required — all you need is a smartphone.
Initially designed for parents and educators, SolAR Plus is made for everyone who wants to see the motion of the planets and how they rotate along their orbits up close. We recently spoke with its creator, Mr Syahmi Sadan, Director of Cynerve to learn more about SolAR Plus.
Tell us a little bit about yourself
My name is Muhammad Syahmi Bin Sadan; the director of Cynerve Sdn. Bhd. I lead this startup, and I’m planning to expand the company further. My goal is to have Cynerve listed on Bursa Malaysia. Originally, we were from Durian Tunggal Solution and Pipe Dreamer Studio. And, before this, our main focus was initially on software and application development. With Cynerve, we shifted our business model. Now, we’re focusing on AR/VR as well as Games. I’m a Software Engineering graduate from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka. I graduated in 2018.
