Adibah was a Biology teacher before she founded Sophia’s Little Library. Based mainly on Instagram and Facebook, the bookshop is gradually gaining quite a following. Most of her customers are avid readers themselves; like-minded parents who wanted to cultivate a love of reading in their little ones.
Sophia’s Little Library sells children’s books. Not any children’s books, but the ones that are written and illustrated by local authors and illustrators. Books that promote our uniquely diverse heritage and culture. What perhaps makes Sophia’s Little Library even more unique is that Adibah also writes short, insightful reviews on some of the books that her bookshop stocks.
